Typically your licence keys will arrive via email from [email protected]  - ensure this email doesn't fall into your junk / spam folder.

The email will say something like:

Dear <Name>, 

This email contains your license key for your Alteryx Designer. 

Your license key is <long alphanumeric string>

You have <X> seats to grant to your data analysts which expire  <YYYY-MM-DD>. 

The Alteryx Designer can be downloaded from http://downloads.alteryx.com

In rare circumstances you may instead receive a licence key as an attachment with a .srlc extension.
