Congratulations, you are now the proud owner of Tableau software license keys - to make use of the keys, the first step is to download the keys from the Tableau customer portal.

Step 1:  Find your customer portal username and password

If you are the Tableau account administrator, you should have received a welcome email from Tableau - this will provide details of your portal username (usually your email address) and password.  Keep this information to hand, you will need it when ever you want to access your license information.

Step 2:  Navigate to the customer portal in your browser - by accessing tableausoftware.com

Step 3:  Sign into your customer portal using the details provided in your welcome email:

Step 4:  Access your keys or choose to download software

Step 5:  Access your software keys - copy and paste them to use them in your Tableau products
