As people come and go from your organisation, your are able to reassign Tableau desktop license keys. Follow the steps below to do this:

Step 1: Deactivate the license key on the individuals computer who will no longer be using Tableau

Step 2: Using the help menu in Tableau desktop of the new Tableau user, activate the same key. You are done.
